The marvellous and gorgeous location, we were close to a bus stop. The staff was supper friendly and the room was exceptional, new-fashioned.

Very very helpful staff, marvellous services, and perfect location really close to the bars and restaurants of Desenzano, restaurants and cafe's and the lake. Nicely furnished & tidy unit with balcony, 2 fold up beds for the kids, for example. Lovely stay, as always.

Simply no complaint, really nice stay. Fairly clean place with amazing friendly and efficient staff and outstanding view on the Garda lake. Great and stunning location easy to walk into the main center of town where the boats leave. Again, walking distance to an archaeological museum. Brand-new and neat room, exceptionally comfortable bed. Varied and good breakfast, a great selection of food and beverages.

The pool area is nice too. A balcony, climate control, and a carpet in the room and the big bed. Varied breakfast, variety of options available.

The room I got was a nice size with stunning views, a double bed and a large balcony. The private parking was onsite, outstanding service.

Nestled by the shore, enjoyed the sound of waves waking me up each morning. Central location, a short walk to town centres, bus and train stations. Food was delicious and had many choices for vegetarians.

There was no internet access, but I found an internet cafe nearby. The pool was not very large, but it still allowed for a refreshing dip after sightseeing.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff always helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is excellent and provides access to all the local facilities.

This Hotel has an excellent location; being right on the lake shore and just a short walk from the local bars and restaurants. I would recommend paying the extra for a lake view. Our room was virtually on the lake shore and no more than ten feet from the water's edge! Also the view of the lake from this Hotel is one of the best I have experienced on Lake Garda - unlike other resorts on the Lake, where there is little to look at, at Desenzano Del Garda the Lake shoreline wraps around you and there is a view up the Lake too. Back to the Hotel, our room was large and comfortable with large sliding windows, so that you could make the most of the aforementioned Lake view, minibar/fridge, satellite tv with many channels and a king size bed. At breakfast there was a wide selection at the buffet and further options available at extra cost. You also have the choice of loading up your breakfast tray and taking breakfast on the terrace - overlooking the Lake (of course). Our Daughters had a cheaper room, without Lake view, which although smaller, was still comfotable and clean.

At busy times the choice from the breakfast buffet was limited. I found the satellite tv system unfathomable - however, we preferred the view of the Lake and didn't bother with the t,v, Parking at the Hotel is a little limited but there is free street parking just outside.

The location of this hotel is absolutely superb. You can't get closer to the lake than this. The views are stunning, and it's just a short walk to the train station, ferry jetty, town, and all the sights. There's even a small supermarket nearby for convenience. The room was very spacious and clean, with a lovely lake view. I also appreciated the fridge in the room, as it allowed me to keep my drinks and snacks chilled. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with a large variety of options to choose from. Everything in the hotel was spotless and well-maintained. The pool area was well-kept with plenty of sun loungers, and there was even a lakeside bar on-site. this hotel provided a luxurious and comfortable stay with enhanced comfort and quality services.

This hotel is highly recommended for families as well.
